A quick summary of our Privacy Policy

Basically, our Privacy Policy is as simple as this: we will never ever, under any circumstances, give away your information without your consent. The only reason we ask for your information is to verify who you say you are, to help you with a problem, and to contact you. All billing information including credit card numbers, bank accounts, and checks, are securely encrypted and stored for recurring charges - if we don't need to store the information, we won't, and if you don't want us to, we'll take it right out of our system. Personal Identifiable Information

When ordering any services of LaunchOne, you will be required to provide valid contact information including your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address, as well as billing information such as credit card numbers and their corresponding security data (ie. expiration date and security code), or bank account information depending on your payment method.

Use of This Information

Credit card security codes are immediately removed upon verification, and not stored anywhere per security guidelines. E-mail addresses are generally used to notify clients about special offers, scheduled downtime, administrative issues such as SPAM or Abuse, and for copies of billing invoices. If you do not wish to receive such information, you may opt out at any time and we will remove your e-mail address from our system. Billing information is used solely for the purpose of charging for services on a recurring basis. If you denote that services will only be needed for a period of time, we will remove your information from our system. If you denote that you would like to pay all invoices manually, we will remove your information from our system. We will never provide any of the above information to any third parties except in the following circumstances:
1. A law enforcement or regulatory agency at their request;
2. A person or company who acquires our business;
3. Third parties who perform services on our behalf (such as payment processing), subject to a third party fair use policy of using your information only for the above purposes.

We absolutely do not transfer or sell your information for inclusion on third party e-mail or other marketing lists.

Electronically Collected Information

When visiting the LaunchOne website, and ordering services, we log all IP addresses, host names, referring URLs, and the time. This is used for demographic and marketing purposes only, and will not be given out for any reason. IP addresses are logged with orders for security reasons, and are cross-referenced with provided address information for fraud verification.

We will also place a cookie that will identify you to us as a repeat visitor or a customer when you visit our Web site, specifically our support area for your convenience. If you do not wish for us to place a cookie in your browser, please disable cookies in your browser's properties.

Other Requested Information

To better troubleshoot issues with certain web hosting problems we may require other information such as ISP, operating system, login information, traceroutes, or other data that may help us resolve your problem. Note that these are for troubleshooting only, and are used only by our support staff for that purpose.
